Our sweet Romeo is ready for adoption.
This boy was very loved by his amazing foster mom and treated like a Royal King 👑
Romeo was originally surrendered to a shelter for stealing food from the table and running. 🤨 Not a reason to give up on a hungry boy, but we learned quickly there is more to that story. Romeo doesn’t like feet and we believe he has been kicked, and more then once for sure. We also believe he was caged majority of his life, probably due to the family not taking the time to train him. Romeo is an amazing boy but he does have some quirks.
He gets over stimulated very quickly with other animals and small children. He can’t be with hyper animals and would ideally be great as a solo animal. He can come across as growling but he’s just very vocal and grumbly. He has been in a quiet foster home with no kids and he is thriving. He’s the king of the castle and he knows it. He LOOOOOVES the ladies and prefers them over men.
📝 Notes from his amazing foster mom….
- He takes a little bit to gain trust and come out of his shell.
- He is very vocal. Lots of grumbles and groans. He’ll grunt and growl when he wants something (attention, to go outside, etc.)
- Sometimes he just us wants to be left alone. He will snuggle with you on HIS terms (typical stubborn bulldog)
- He loves sleeping on couches but wants to be left alone when he’s sleeping. He gets startled in his sleep easily.
- LOVES car rides
- Goes crazy when you show him his leash. Walks VERY slow 😂
- loves to play with toys and will retrieve his ball when you throw it for him
- very smart boy. Listens to commands well.
- LOVES being groomed. No issues in the bath, nail trims, cleaning his nose fold, ears, etc. He also loves the hair dryer.
Romeo is 4 years old, neutered, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. He is between 50-60 pounds. He’s a solid boy who is low energy. Romeo is housetrained and not destructive.
How amazing is Our sweet girl Bunny. This girl has been loving her new life in Canada and has such a loving personality.
We were originally going to keep her in a foster home until the eye specialist appointments, but since the appointment is a bit of a wait, we would like to find her forever family so she can take the time settle. We will still continue to take care of her medical expenses, but just think it’s only fair for her to settle in with her forever family while she waits.
Bunny is a very sweet girl with a loving personality. She’s was great with a stray cat in Pakistan and does well with other dogs with proper introduction.
Bunny is food aggressive with animals and needs to be fed separate. This is common behavior when animals come from a background of neglect and abuse. She is not food aggressive with humans, only animals but is strong. Bunny likes calm and passive dogs as she’s very laid back. Hyper dogs are to much for her, and she will let you know when she’s had enough. She does amazing with baths and nail trims and just loves attention from humans. Her foster mom said she loves the grass and exploring everything outside, and around the pond.
Bunny is 6 years old, fully vaccinated, microchipped & spayed. Bunny will be having surgery on her eye lids as they are a bit deformed from a past infection from the neglect she once lived in. she is on the waiting list but our rescue will cover all the costs for this surgery. Due to the wait of the surgery... we would like to see her adopted before. Bunny would be great for a home with older children as she likes a calm environment. She is very laid back and low energy.
This mom was rescued from a market in Pakistan with her baby. She was not in the best condition and terrified for her life. Our amazing rescue partner Stray Dog Support Inc. and a brave young man from Project Save Animals worked hard to remove mom and baby… and brought both to safety.
Mom is the first to receive her freedom flight and come to Canada to be loved and kept safe forever.
Coco is estimated 7/8 years old.
She is a medium sized dog. Coco is very easy going…However, she is scared of loud noises and would be better off in a quiet house with no children.
She doesn’t mind dogs and is completely fine as long as the other dog is not aggressive. She gets scared easily and starts crying.
Good with cats?
Yes she’s great with cats but has the same problem, she gets scared if they get aggressive and starts crying.
Good with humans?
She’s amazing with humans. She’s a very calm dog. Loves cuddles and kisses. She’s very low energy and calm. She prefers to hang out in a backyard or lawn verses going for walks. She doesn’t like to go far from humans. She would be best in a retired home with someone who just wants to hang out and enjoy each other’s company.
Coco is fully vaccinated and microchipped however we will be doing her spay surgery in Canada as it is medically safer to do it here once she arrives next week.
🐶 This is Spotty. 🐶
This handsome boy was removed from a horrible shelter in Egypt that abuses dogs and neglects them to raise money to keep it for themselves. 🤬. After taking this stray off the streets they stabbed him 7 times and sliced part of his penis to stage a story to get donations. Yes you read that correctly! And unfortunately this happens a lot globally which just angers me to the core. Look at the condition he was found in yet they took money to help him and didn’t do nothing about it.
When an inside advocate brought this to our attention. Spotty was removed immediately. Our amazing rescue partner Stray Dog Support is working on removing others from this horrid place. This poor boy was in horrible condition and terrified for his life.
Spotty has been in Canada for a while but came extremely shut down and is safe in a foster home. he is not ready for adoption as he is terrified of the world.
Spotty is 2 years old, neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped.
SPOTTY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AT THIS TIME BUT WE WILL POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA WHEN HE IS AVAILABLE.
This is London. This sweet girl was rescued from the streets of Cairo, after someone had poured boiling hot oil or water on her. She was only months old when someone so ruthlessly did this to her, and it infuriates us that such cruelty is so common to these poor animals. She suffered really bad burns on her head and leg area. London was treated for her burns at the hospital for many weeks from our amazing rescue partner Stray Dog Support Inc.
Now that London’s burns are all healed, it’s time for her to leave Egypt forever. This sweet girl is having her freedom flight to Canada this week. This girl is very sweet, loving and wiggles her butt any chance she can get. She’s great with humans of all ages as she loves affection and attention. She has a very super chill personality, and gets along great with other dogs. She hasn’t been cat tested.
London is 1 years old, fully vaccinated, spayed and microchipped. This girl is looking for her forever family that will love her unconditionally and keep her safe forever.
This is Bebe. This Egyptian boy was attacked by a dog who not only broke his jaw, but also caused severe eye damage that ended up with one of his eyes being amputated. What was heartbreaking was that Bebe was left for days by his “owner” without medical attention, food or water.
Thankfully he was rescued by our amazing rescue partner Stray Dog Support Inc. and her team, and was rushed to hospital where he was treated for weeks. He underwent surgeries to remove his eye and correct his jaw. As you can see he has healed well and is ready for his freedom flight to Canada and will be coming tomorrow.
Bebe (male) is estimated 1.5-2 years old.
He is great with other dogs but has an alpha personality and can be bossy. He gets along with cats great. Bebe loves human affection, loves to give hugs and kisses and cuddle whenever he can. He is not housetrained and will need basic training within the home. He has a great energy level for a small dog and is very playful. He’s 17 pounds. Great with kids.
The things our animals go through just makes you loose faith in humanity. 😞
This is Olivier. This boy was run over by a car, and then if that wasn’t bad enough they were going to kill him by an axe 🪓 to finish him off. He was seconds away from death when a kind hearted person intervened and saved Oliver. Our rescue partner Stray Dog Support Inc. took him in without hesitation and made sure he received the medical help he needed. His back leg was amputated, and his front leg has a metal plate in it. (which looks a little bent but doesn’t bother him) It was the best way to repair his injuries so he can have a fulfilling life and best second chance ever.
Oliver is being removed from Egypt and coming to Canada this week to find his furry-tail ending.
Oliver is 1 years old, and he has a great personality. He loves people of all ages, dogs and cats. He’s neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
This sweet girl was found at only months old with a rope embedded around her tiny neck and ear left for dead. Our amazing rescue partner Stray Dog Support Inc. took her immediately and gave her emergency surgery to remove the rope. We tried to save Decker's ear but after she arrived to Canada it had to be amputated. Decker is deaf in one ear but has perfect hearing in the other ear. Decker has a small open hole in her neck (trachea) that cannot be closed. It is very small, however it will have to stay clean. She wont be able to swim in water, or go hiking in tall grass to avoid anything or bacteria being able to enter this area.
Decker is 11-12 months old, fully vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. Decker has not been good with other animals since her surgery. She must feel very vulnerable and is very reactive when with them. It is best that Decker be the only animal in the home. Decker is very loving with humans and just loves to stay close to your side and be affectionate and amazing with kids.

This is Julie. This pretty girl was found fighting for her life after a train severed off her two legs in Egypt. The pain this girl felt must of been horrific. Julie was taken in, received medical treatment that she needed for her life to be saved. This girl has been removed from Egypt and is being fostered in Niagara Falls Ontario.
Her back leg was amputated and half of her front one for a possible future prosthetic arm if needed. Her disability doesn’t stop her from being mobile, as she loves to run around and be silly. This girl has a great personality and deserves a life of love and to be kept safe forever.
Julie is estimated to be 2-3 years old. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and looking for a forever family. She is great with people of all ages, gets along with other dogs and cats.
Julie is in the process of being fit for a prosthetics which is being covered by us. The adoptive family will have to bring Julie to any of her fitting appointments needed if she may need any after she is adopted.
This case is so extremely disturbing I wish it wasn’t true.
This is Moose, this tiny fragile soul was sexually abused/raped by the most vile monster ever in Egypt. His rape was horrific and done with a pole leaving this boy broken, mentally and physically.
Moose spent many weeks in the hospital receiving intensive treatment to repair his torn rectum. His tiny body was no match for what was inserted so violently inside of him. He was on weeks of antibiotics and had a regimen of daily cleaning, sprays and creams. Moose has been recovering and doing better then we expected. His wounds are healing and we are thankful that he did not have any severe internal injuries.
While Moose was healing physically, his biggest journey has been his emotional recovery. As you can imagine, the trauma that he went through was unimaginable, and he has done so much work to trust humans again. Moose is now such a lovable boy, and he does well with dogs and even cats. He is such a wiggle dog that we need to hold him to get a photo of him.
This boy has been given the thumbs up to travel and we have booked his flight to Canada. This boy deserves so much more then what this world has given him already and we will do everything to change his life for the better.
We are looking for a family to love him unconditionally and protect his soul like no other. This boy has been through so much and he deserves to know not all humans are evil. We want to find Moose the best of the best home as he deserves it so much. Moose is a true Warrior and we will fight to keep him safe forever.
Moose is 1-2 years old. (We don’t have groomers in Egypt so once he’s here a nice spaw day will do wonders for him) he is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped and negative for diseases.
If you are unable to adopt or foster, please consider donating to help in our rescue efforts. Every little bit helps!
