This handsome boy Raad, was sent from Egypt as part of the of the 6 who flew to freedom. He wasn’t part of our program but a previous adopter spotted him in the background of a picture of one of our dogs, and wanted him to come to Canada. Unfortunately at no fault of his own, Raad is coming back to us as the other dog in the house is not adjusting very well.
Raad is great with other dogs as he was in a sanctuary with 700 other dogs. He loves people of all ages and is a very good boy. He doesn’t like to be left alone which is common after a long stressful flight but he could possibly have some separation anxiety as well. He has only been here a couple of days so he needs time to decompress and get into a routine.
Raad is 2 years old, neutered, microchipped and up to date one vaccinations. He has not been cat tested but is good with dogs.
Egypt is very hard on these street dogs, and this boy is looking for a forever home to show him a life he never knew existed.
The things our animals go through just makes you loose faith in humanity. 😞
This is Olivier. This boy was run over by a car, and then if that wasn’t bad enough they were going to kill him by an axe 🪓 to finish him off. He was seconds away from death when a kind hearted person intervened and saved Oliver. Our rescue partner Stray Dog Support Inc. took him in without hesitation and made sure he received the medical help he needed. His back leg was amputated, and his front leg has a metal plate in it. (which looks a little bent but doesn’t bother him) It was the best way to repair his injuries so he can have a fulfilling life and best second chance ever.
Oliver is being removed from Egypt and coming to Canada this week to find his furry-tail ending.
Oliver is 1 years old, and he has a great personality. He loves people of all ages, dogs and cats. He’s neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
Just as we celebrate our Warrior Wednesday with an update on Vana who had a rope embedded in her neck.... We now have Decker who suffered similar abuse. Please note some of the photos are graphic but we wanted to show you the transformation and recovery.
This sweet girl was found at only months old with a rope embedded around her tiny neck and ear left for dead. Our amazing rescue partner Stray Dog Support Inc. took her immediately and gave her emergency surgery to remove the rope. We thought her ear would have to be amputated but we were able to save it, but it is little bit wonkey from the damage of the rope. This has not effected her hearing at all, and we have booked her freedom flight to Canada!
Decker is 11-12 months old, fully vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. This sweet girl is great with other dogs. She was around cats while she recovered and had no issues, but hasn’t been around them for 2-3 months. (She might need to be reintroduced to them ) She is good with humans of all ages and loves to be with you once she trusts you.
If you are interested in giving this sweet girl the amazing home and be the family she deserves, please submit an application from our website www.furwarriors.com Applications must be submitted by the person interested in adopting only. We do not accept applications from third parity’s.
This is Maverick. Another precious soul being removed from Egypt from horrendous suffering. This boy was found by the road with part of his arm missing and bone showing left to die, and we have no clue what happened. After taking him in, and getting him treated it looks like the arm was severed off. The remainder of his arm was amputated and he walks around just fine without it. This poor boy has suffered so much pain and we are so thankful our amazing rescue partner Stray Dog Support Inc. took him in right away to give him the second chance he deserves.
Maverick is receiving his freedom flight and coming to Canada forever. He is 11-12 months old, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He is great with other dogs but not with cats. He has a shy personality and will need a home to help him learn how to be a dog again.
This case is so extremely disturbing I wish it wasn’t true.
This is Moose, this tiny fragile soul was sexually abused/raped by the most vile monster ever in Egypt. His rape was horrific and done with a pole leaving this boy broken, mentally and physically.
Moose spent many weeks in the hospital receiving intensive treatment to repair his torn rectum. His tiny body was no match for what was inserted so violently inside of him. He was on weeks of antibiotics and had a regimen of daily cleaning, sprays and creams. Moose has been recovering and doing better then we expected. His wounds are healing and we are thankful that he did not have any severe internal injuries.
While Moose was healing physically, his biggest journey has been his emotional recovery. As you can imagine, the trauma that he went through was unimaginable, and he has done so much work to trust humans again. Moose is now such a lovable boy, and he does well with dogs and even cats. He is such a wiggle dog that we need to hold him to get a photo of him.
This boy has been given the thumbs up to travel and we have booked his flight to Canada. This boy deserves so much more then what this world has given him already and we will do everything to change his life for the better.
We are looking for a family to love him unconditionally and protect his soul like no other. This boy has been through so much and he deserves to know not all humans are evil. We want to find Moose the best of the best home as he deserves it so much. Moose is a true Warrior and we will fight to keep him safe forever.
Moose is 1-2 years old. (We don’t have groomers in Egypt so once he’s here a nice spaw day will do wonders for him) he is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped and negative for diseases.
Look at this handsome boy!
This is Brian, he is an 11 month old handsome boy who was found as a stray puppy orphaned, emaciated and needing help. Our rescue partner Stray Dog Support Inc. took him in, got him in good health so he can have a better life. This handsome boy has received his freedom flight and is coming to Canada forever!
Brian is 11 months old
Neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped and In good health. He is high energy and would need an active family. Young kids is not recommended due to his energy level and lack of knowing boundaries. Brian would thrive in a home with room to run and be silly. He gets along with other dogs great but isn’t recommended with cats. If interested in adopting this handsome boy and give him the life he deserves once he arrives, please submit an application from our website. He will be coming from India in one week to our rescue in Hamilton Ontario.
This is Mylo, and his personality and resilience is inspiring. This handsome boy was found run over by a car and left for dead in Noida India.
He was taken in by our rescue partner Stray Dog Support Inc. and given the best second chance possible. We were told that his back legs were paralyzed, but this strong warrior has been blowing us away with non stop giving up and showing us he’s a fighter. He’s starting to use his legs, and trying his hardest to prove us all wrong. His back legs aren’t 100% strong but we plan on doing some hydrotherapy once he arrives. Don’t be fooled, Mylo is not letting this slow him down.
This boys personality along with his energy is amazing. He is such a bubbly boy who loves to play and whip around like nothing is stopping him. This boy is receiving his freedom flight and is coming to Canada.
Mylo is 12 months old, fully vaccinated and microchipped, he is not fixed yet as he has a condition called paraphimosis with his genitals that we will take care of treatment and surgery, with our Canadian doctors here once he arrives.
Mylo loves people and children of all ages. He’s great with other dogs but has not been cat tested. He is a very quick learner and is eager to please, but nothing he loves more then to cuddle.
Any treatment Mylo will need once he is here in Canada will be completely covered by us. We are looking for an amazing home or foster who can be committed to his therapy, as well as any medical appointments needed until he is fully good to go. This boy is young and will live a full life.
🐶 This is Spotty. 🐶
This handsome boy was removed from a horrible shelter in Egypt that abuses dogs and neglects them to raise money to keep it for themselves. 🤬. Yes you read that correctly! And unfortunately this happens a lot globally which just angers me to the core. Look at the condition he was found in yet they took money to help him and didn’t do nothing about it.
Our Amazing rescue partner Stray Dog Support Inc.
with the help of another local rescue, heard of about this nasty fraudulent place and went into action to really help these dogs. Spotty was one of them that was removed and taken into her program immediately. This poor boy was in horrible condition and terrified for his life.
We have a freedom flight to bring Spotty to Canada and are making sure he comes to start his furry tail ending.
Spotty is 2 years old, neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped. Spotty is amazing with other dogs and is very nurturing especially to little puppy’s. He is very shy with new or big crowds of people. He would suit a quiet home best to settle in, and work on trust building as we believe he was once abused. Spotty does not have one aggressive bone in his body, he just hides when scared, and we want to show him unconditional love and that not all humans are evil.

This is Julie. This pretty girl was found fighting for her life after a train severed off her two legs in Egypt. The pain this girl felt must of been horrific. Our rescue partner Stray Dog Support Inc. took her in, gave her the medical treatment she needed and saved her life. We are removing this girl from Egypt and bringing her to Canada forever.
Her back leg was amputated and half of her front one for a possible future prosthetic arm if needed. Her disability doesn’t stop her from being mobile, as she loves to run around and be silly. This girl has a great personality and deserves a life of love and to be kept safe forever.
Julie is estimated to be 2-3 years old. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and looking for a forever family. She is great with people of all ages, gets along with other dogs and cats. She will be coming to our rescue located in Hamilton Ontario.
This is Spirit who was found on the streets of Cairo Egypt covered in blood, unable to move and crying out in pain.
Our lovely rescue partner Stray Dog Support Inc. had her transported to the hospital immediately, where she had Xrays done. Not only did she suffer from a broken jaw, but she also had a broken leg that was twisted in the wrong direction. She was also covered in multiple wounds which needed treating.
We have no idea what happened to her but whatever it was... it was clear that she was suffering. After being stabilized we had her leg amputated and her jaw repaired. You can see she has made amazing progress, and it is so hard to believe it’s the same dog who was found near death.
Her amputation has completely healed and while we did have a few set backs post surgery, she is getting so much stronger. Her jaw has also healed and she seems to have no issues with that. She is now spayed and ready for her freedom flight. This girl is being removed from Egypt and coming to Canada forever.
Spirit is certainly living up to her name and is showing so much strength and courage. The video of her laying on the streets still haunts us, but we know that she has such a wonderful future ahead.
Spirit loves humans and does better with boy dogs as she’s developing such a personality. When she’s being silly she likes to talk and lip her lip and show her teeth with a funny smile while she makes noise. She’s a little character that makes you laugh, and deserves all the love in the world.
Spirit is about a year old. Still a baby and been through to much. She’s fully vaccinated, spayed and microchipped. She might have three legs but it doesn’t stop her from running around being silly.
If you are unable to adopt or foster, please consider donating to help in our rescue efforts. Every little bit helps!
