6 mEAT SLAUGHTER SURVIVORS BEING REMOVED FROM CHINA

LETS BRING ALL 5 HOME

For 2021 we want to make big changes and do things we haven’t had a chance to do in 2020.

We have 6 dog meat survivors that were rescued just in time, before an unthinkable death. We have an opportunity to remove all 5 from China at the end of February.

Our dogs in China have not been able to have one flight during this pandemic, as the prices have been outrageously expensive, making it beyond difficult to send, especially for our tiny little rescue. We have an opportunity to send in a big flight transport with some other rescues to make the costs more “reasonable”.  This is a rare chance opportunity to get these survivors into safety forever, and we just can’t do this alone without your help.

Even though dog meat is illegal in China, it is still very much active as there is no police enforcement. Rescues like us, are financially struggling to pay the costs to send these survivors.  We are unable to save more dogs in need, as all shelters and rescues are over their limit of animals to help.

With being able to remove these 5 dogs, plus the other 20 with the other rescues, this will make room for more lives to be saved. One life saved is better then none, and these fur babies have been waiting over a year to receive furry tail endings. No animal deserves to endure the torture or pain these meat slaughter victims endure.  They boil them alive, skin them alive which is simply horrific.

All 5 of these survivors are up for adoption, however we can not send them unless we accomplish our goal of covering the costs. We DESPERATELY need $19,694 to send all 5. Sounds insane, but without this big shipment with other rescues. we are looking at close to 30 grand just for our 5 instead of $19,694.00

The breakdown of costs go by size as follows
Zoe            $ 3, 939

Alex           $ 5, 120

Dylan         $ 3, 939

Natalie      $ 3, 348

Douglas     $ 3, 348

Jaya            $ 5,120

Total amount = $ 24, 814

We are looking for donors, sponsors, and corporate sponsors, to help us with this mission.  LETS BRING THESE BABIES HOME!

All 6 survivors are fixed, up to date on all vaccinations, microchipped and negative for any heart-worm or tick born diseases. Adopter will receive all medical history and documentation.

Zoe is a 3 year old Dalmatian, rescued from a slaughter meat market as her owner sold her to them.  She was malnourished, in horrible condition and pregnant.

After rescuing her from an unthinkable death, an ultrasound was done that determined the puppies she was carrying were still born.  This would cause a serious death if not removed immediately.  She had a C-section that removed all 7 puppies leaving no survivors.

Through her pain and suffering, her heart is still forgiving, as she is very affectionate and loving.

She is great with other dogs, unknown with cats.

Alex is a 2-3 year old Golden Retriever.  Alex was rescued from being sold at a meat market.  Even though she is healthy and ready for a home in Canada, she is timid and scares easily from the terrors she once witnessed. She is very passive and needs a quiet home to teach her that not all humans are evil.  She is great with other dogs, but has not been cat tested.

Due to her being so scared, a home with very small children might be to much for her.  A quiet home is the best option for her at this time.

Dylan is a 2-3 years old Husky. She was rescued from a slaughter meat market.

Dylan's rescuer bought her,  as they couldn't save her without paying what her meat is worth.  Her rescuer did whatever it took as she refused to leave her behind.  Dylan is a very playful husky, that will need an experienced husky home to keep her active and healthy.  She has typical breed trait behaviors.

Dylan gets along well with other dogs. Does not recommend a house with cats.

Natalie is a 2-3 year old Corgi.  Natalie was rescued from a slaughter house and still holds trauma from her past.  She is sweet and gentle, but scared of new people and lots of commotion.  Natalie needs a home that will teach her that not all humans are evil and how to be a dog again.   A quiet house with no very young children would be best for her.   She is good with other dogs but has not been cat tested.

DOUGLAS - Male

Douglas is a 3 year old male Dachshund.  He was bred for the soul purpose of being slaughtered for meat. He was stuffed in cages with others awaiting a cruel fate of being someone's food. He was rescued with others, and given the second chance at life he deserves.  The others that were rescued with him, went to another rescue.

Douglas is a handsome boy who wants to be your shadow, and will make a great best friend.   He is great with other dogs, but has not been cat tested.

Jaya is a 5 year old female. She was rescued from a slaughterhouse in china.  She was found in horrible condition and was medically treated right away.  Jaya was really shut down and gave up on the world mentally.  She has now come out of her shell and is learning to be a dog again.  Jaya has a low grade form of hip displasia that will need some hyrdothereaphy when she comes. We will cover her treatment while a full plan is put together.  Jaya is a big majestic gentle giant. She is so sweet and forgiving. We are not 100% on her breed but guees her to be a shepard/great dane mix.
